What we are

Cheap Night Out is a free listings guide. We do not organise, run, host or sell tickets for any event. Events are run by third parties, and tickets are sold by third parties.

Accuracy of listings

• Listings, including prices, dates, times, venues and availability, are provided "as is" and may change or be wrong.
• Some listings come from partner feeds (such as Skiddle and Ticketmaster); we do not check each one.
• Prices shown as "From …" or "(est.)" are our own estimates given as a guide. They are not quoted by the venue or organiser, may be out of date, and are not an offer or a promise of what you will pay.
• Always check details with the organiser or ticket seller before you travel or pay.

No liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cheap Night Out and its owners accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or disappointment arising from your use of this site, from any event, venue, organiser or ticket seller, from inaccurate or missing information, or from any third-party website we link to. This includes cancelled or changed events, refunds, lost tickets, travel costs and indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your safety

You attend any event at your own risk. Follow the venue's rules, age limits and the law, drink responsibly and plan how you'll get home safely.
